  • One person accompanying a visitor with a Group I or Group II disability or a child with a disability;
  • Large families;
  • Persons under the age of eighteen (individual visits);
  • Families (family members) of citizens participating in the special military operation, including citizens called up for military service by mobilisation into the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, military personnel and persons serving in the National Guard of the Russian Federation, citizens serving in the ‘Alga’, ‘Timer’ and ‘Batyr’ battalions formed in the Republic of Tatarstan, citizens voluntarily carrying out military tasks during the special military operation, staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Directorate of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan posted to the zone of the special military operation, staff of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan appointed by transfer to posts in the investigative directorates of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Donetsk People's Republic, the Lugansk People's Republic, Zaporizhzhia Region and Kherson Region, as well as families (family members) of the above categories of citizens who have perished (died) as a result of participation in the special military operation, comprising children under 18 and one parent (legal guardian) permanently residing in the Republic of Tatarstan;
  • Staff of state and municipal museums of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus;
  • Members of the International Council of Museums (ICOM).
