The Kazan Kremlin Museum‑Reserve is open to visitors 24 hours a day. Entrance to the grounds is through the Spasskaya Tower (24 hours), the Taynitskaya Tower (6:00 – 20:00) and the Preobrazhenskaya Tower (6:00 – 20:00).
You can park your car near the museum‑reserve at a paid municipal car parking. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays parking is free of charge.
